Returns
Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in the original packaging. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
