Your goods will undergo an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being shipped. We deliver to thousands of clients each day across multiple countries. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.

Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered carefully before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it has been placed.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.

The item cannot be in use and must be in the original packaging. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
